Cookies and browser storage policy

WherePace uses cookies and browser storage for preferences, sign-in and, with your consent, visit measurement. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the tools.
Preferences and requested features
wherepace-language stores the language in localStorage. Workout templates are saved locally at your request. They remain until you delete them or clear browser data. wherepace-consent-v1 remembers your analytics choice for 180 days, after which we ask again. These records do not track you across websites.
Sign-in and draft
Supabase uses local storage for the Google session (sb- prefixed keys) and temporary sign-in exchange data. wherepace-login-pending uses sessionStorage during the return. The wherepace-login IndexedDB database holds a requested pre-login draft so your plan is not lost. It is discarded when retrieved; drafts older than one hour are not restored. Sign out or clear site data in your browser to remove local records.
Optional Google analytics
With consent, Google Analytics loads through Google Tag Manager. The _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish visits and sessions; WherePace configures a lifetime of up to 180 days. Google may process browsing, device and connection data under its policy. This integration does not enable advertising storage. Tag Manager manages tags and does not replace your consent choice.
Accept, reject and withdraw
Accept or reject analytics in the initial notice, or open Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Rejection stops enabling analytics and attempts to remove accessible analytics cookies. Remove any remaining cookies in browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not retroactively delete data already sent to Google.
External services and contact
Maps, Google sign-in and external app links involve connections to their providers even when analytics is rejected. Third-party websites apply their own policies when you visit. Responsibility: WherePace; contact: q4plan@gmail.com. See the privacy policy for providers, data handling and rights.
